The Rolex Oysterquartz has long been unfairly judged because of its quartz movement. Fortunately, in recent years, the Oysterquartz has finally gained the recognition it deserves, both as a collector's item and because of its original design. about the watch

In the history of Rolex, rare are the entire model lines that have been produced for more than 10 years in less than 25,000 pieces, all references and configurations combined. With its white gold fluted bezel, classic steel case and bracelet, the 17014 stands out with its characteristic 70's design as well as its integrated bracelet which reminds the Royal Oak by Genta. This reference brings a wind of freshness and originality to the Rolex range of models, and its design and movement strongly reminiscent of a pivotal moment in the Swiss watch industry. A worthy representative of Rolex quartz production, this particular piece is in fantastic condition. It is a mk3 version, represented by the "T Swiss Made T" dial. The case and bracelet are in amazing condition, proving that the piece has been extremely well preserved. The silver dial is immaculate, and the tritium, although still light, has gained an even and charming patina, making this piece something unique on the wrist. The watch is still under warranty at Rolex until 2026, but no original parts were changed during its last service. Whether it's the charisma it exudes or the rarity of the Oysterquartz, this watch is a real hidden gem and no doubt a future collector's item.

The case is in very good condition, retaining plenty of material and sharp edges.

The buckle and bracelet are also in excellent condition. The Oysterquartz Jubilee bracelet is the original one. It has no stretch.

The watch is sold alone, without box nor papers, but with a Rolex Service Center warranty until 2026. We provide a Veritas travelling pouch.

The movement is the original caliber 5035, which runs perfectly well as it was serviced in early 2024 by Rolex Service Center. No original parts were changed.
