Adonis and Veritas websites provide access to the current available stock of watches, recently sold watches, and a gallery of our favorite pictures and timepieces. To purchase a watch, you can fill out the form on the website or contact us on Instagram or via email by specifying the reference of the piece.
Once we agree on the price and conditions of shipping, we issue an invoice which will be sent via email with a 2-days payment deadline. If you encounter any problems with your bank or for any special payment delays, please make sure to contact us.
As you might have understood, our website is not a traditional e-commerce site. We take pride in offering the highest quality service, and we believe that having an e-commerce website would diminish the impact of our service. By using the forms, we offer more flexibility on prices, availability and shipping, while ensuring high service standards.

Shipping conditions
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, that's why we offer free, insured, and tracked shipping worldwide on all of our watches. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange for shipping. Please note that we only ship the watch after your bank wire has cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but typically take between 2 to 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Customs clearance procedures and protocols vary by country, and our estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes for the package to clear through your local customs agency. If there are any delays caused by customs clearance, please note that Veritas and Adonis are not responsible. If you encounter any issues, you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
Payment methods
We accept payment via bank transfer and cash in Euros (EUR) and Swiss Francs (CHF). You can make an appointment to complete the payment in cash. Please note that we strictly adhere to all the applicable laws and regulations concerning cash payments. Also, for cash payment in Euros, we will ask for a 1.5% compensation fee, as the bank will charge us this amount for accepting such transaction methods. For Euro payments, we will use the daily exchange rate and agree with the customer on the exact amount to be paid. Sales conditions
At Veritas Vintage Watches and Adonis Modern Watches, we guarantee the authenticity and originality of every watch we sell. We offer, excluding waterproofness, a 1-year mechanical guarantee, unless it has been misused or used in a manner contrary to the specified care instructions. We believe in complete transparency and will thus always mention when any parts of the watch have been swapped during service or are non-matching.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if there are concerns about the source of the buyer's funds.
