This Rolex GMT Master II reference 16710 was sold in 2006 in Japan. The watch is in amazing condition, and features the more subtle black bezel insert as well as a Pepsi service insert. The GMT Master II is one of the most desirable collectors' watches and the pinnacle of Rolex's tool watches.

Designed to display the time in two time zones simultaneously during intercontinental flights, the Rolex GMT Master 16710 is a legendary pilot's watch known beyond watch enthusiasts for its timeless design and historical significance. This reference 16710 also features technical improvements such as a luminova dial and hands, which is indicated by the "Swiss Made" marking at 6 o'clock. This particular piece is entirely original and in excellent condition. It was sold in 2006 in Japan. It's a perfect addition and a fantastic start to any collection of Rolex sports models. The black insert is not the most common, although but is more subtle and discreet than the Pepsi or Coke inserts, adding a little originality to this beautiful piece. But for those who enjoy a change, this piece is perfect, being delivered with a service Pepsi insert which can be easily swapped, making it a different watch. The watch is delivered with its original set, conferring great collector's value on this splendid GMT.
The case has a lot of material and sharp edges. The buckle and bracelet are in excellent condition too. The bracelet is the original one, reference 78790, with solid endlinks. It has no stretch.
The watch comes with the original outter-box and box, guarantee papers, Oyster and GMT booklets, a translated booklets, a warranty invoice, the red tag as well as the caseback sticker, the green leather wallet as well as an extra Rolex service pouch. In other words, this is a true "full set".
The movement is the original caliber 3185, which runs perfectly well.
